Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, a small shipping fee applies of €5.95, which will be shown at checkout.
We aim for fast delivery. Orders placed before 15:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day. Delivery times depend on your location but usually range between 1-3 business days.
Currently, we ship within the Netherlands and selected EU countries. More shipping destinations will be available soon!
Yes! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returning or exchanging an item is simple. At the bottom of our page, you’ll find our Refund Policy, where you can enter your email to receive a unique code to log in to fill in your refund. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with further instructions. Carefully pack the item(s) in their original condition and packaging (if possible). Use the provided shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your local post office or parcel point. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
